Abhayarishta: An arista (alcoholic Preparation) that is named after Abhaya (so called harda). The composition includes herbs like harda (seedless), grape fruit, Gokshura, dry ginger etc. It is carminative, apetizing, relives from bleeding piles, abdominal disorders, constipation and retention of urine.

Balarishta: An Arista (alcoholic preparation) that also consists of vala (Sida cordifolia), winter cherry and other drugs like elaichi etc. It is popularly indicated as a rejuvenator which brings strength and stamina to the body, increases the appetite.

Chyavanaprasa Leham: The leha (thick palatable) form of a composition that is told to be first consumed by saint named Chyavana. The composition includes amla as the main constituents. It is specially meant for enhancement of immunity against the diseases like cough, asthma, phthisis, rheumatism, urinary disorders.

Dasamoolaquaatha choornam: A churna (Powder like) preparation that consists of dasamula (Roots of ten great herbs), where Gokshura is one of them.

Dasamularista: It is one type of Arista (alcoholic preparation) made up from dasamula (root of ten specified herbs) where gokshura is one. The other drugs include guruchi, amla, harda, Licorice, bahada, Pippali and so on.

Gokshuradi Churnam: It is a preparation of the churna (powder) forms of gokshura and some other herbs. It is highly Aphrodisiac.

Gokshuradi Guggulu: A guggul based preparation, which includes a no of herbs including Gokshura and so named also.

Kantakari Ghrita: The formulation is based on ghee and one of the major ingredient is the Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum) which is also named accordingly. The ingredients are kantakari, ghee, Vala, thikatu, pomegranate, amla, harda, bhummalaki, Gokshura etc. It is indicated in case of cough, dysponea and hiccough.

Kumaryasava: An alcoholic preparation (asava) based on Aloe (Kumari) as it's main ingredient. The composition also includes trikatu, honey, triphala, turmeric, licorice, cowhage, gokshura etc. It acts as an aphrodisiac and increases strength, digestive capacity, weight and taste. It fights against urinary problems, reverse peristalsis, epilepsy, semen disorders and urinary calculus.

Mahamayura ghrita: Maha refers to the greatness, mayur refers to Peacock, and ghrita refers to the base of preparation, the ghee. The composition includes the triphala, licorice, gokshura, asparagus, elaichi and many more with the flesh of peacock. It fights against the disorders related to blood, semen and female reproductive organ, Promotes conception, alleviates cough, dysponea, facial paralysis, ematiation and hoarseness of voice.

Mahanarayana taila: An oil based preparation of herbs like root bark of bael, aswagandha, gokshura, vala root, punarnava, turmeric etc. It is named after the Lord Narayana and and owing to it's high potency it is called maha (great). It is used to cure diseases of nervous system lie partial paralysis, facial paralysis, lameness of legs, deafness, loss of semen count, stiff neck. It removes sterility, helps conception and provides strength and longevity.

Mahapanchagabya ghrita: It is a great (maha) combination of five (pancha) dairy products (gabya) in ghee (ghrita) base. The herbs included are dasamula (root of ten specified herbs, that includes Gokshura), triphala, turmeric, cirayta and many more. It is useful against fever (mainly of alternate type), epilepsy, fistula in ano, oedema, piles, jaundice, abdominal tumor and cough.

Punarnavasava: An Asava (alcoholic preparation) that is named according to the presence of Punarnava and some other herbs including Gokshura.

Rasnadi Quatha Churnam: A churna (powder) form, a decoction form of a no of herbs like dry ginger, long piper, piper, triphala, vasa, eranda, neem bark, punarnava and Gokshura. It is indicated in case of abdominal disorder, spleenic enlargement, Dyspepsia etc.

Sahacharadi taila: The oil (taila) preparation that includes the herbs like sahachar (Barleria prinotis), asparagus, dasamula (root of ten specified herbs, that includes Gokshura), milk and many more. It is indicated for diseases of nervous system, paralysis, insanity, vaginal diseases and atropic rhinites.

Siva Modakam: It is the mixed preparation of Harda, Amla, turmeric, seed of cowhage, clove, asparagus, dry ginger, long piper, cinnamon, elaichi, Indian bay-leaf, winter cherry, Gokshuru, and honey. Intake of it along with lukewarm enhances the memory, body growth and digestive powder. It is best for children.

Sukramatrika vati: A small tablet like form (vati) of the formulation that contains a no of herbs like gokshura, triphala, elaichi, coriander etc. It increases the sperm count and so named as such which means the mother (that give birth) of the sperms. It increases the sperm count, strength, complexion and digestion and alleviates painful micturation, urinary calculus, and fever.

Trayaodasanga Guggulu: An preparation based on Guggul which also includes herbs like aswagandha, guruchi, asparagus, Gokshura, dry ginger. This is effective against Lumbago, sciatica, trismus, neuro-muscular disorders and bone disorders, those are related to pain.

Trikantakadi Kwatha: The decoctionic preparation of three thorny herbs, where gokshura is one of them. The composition includes gogshura, aragbadha, darva, kasa, pasanabheda and harda. It is useful towards painful micturation and calculus.

Yogaraja Guggulu: A formulation of herbs, named as per the presence of Guggul as a composition. The other drugs are also included. It is effective against Rheumatism, stiffness of legs, worms, ulcers, spleenic disorders, abdominal disorders, intestinal obstruction, piles and other disorders of bone and joint. It acts as a carminative and also increases the strength.
